1Can I transfer my telephone numbers?
Our team will take care of the process and make it as easy as possible. You may need to advise your previous provider and our Provisioning Team may ask you to complete a Letter of Authority (LOA) form on letter headed paper. We will then make the request and keep you updated with the progress.
2Do you do on-site intallation?
With a team of dedicated engineers covering the UK we provide site survey along with installation of infrastructure and hardware. Our engineers will assist you during the survey to highlight specific requirements or improvements to the suggested package.
3How long will my installation take?
Installation timeframes depend upon the proposed solution, generally we complete your installation in a day with full training provided face to face with your staff.
4What if I have trouble with my service?
You can raise a support ticket via email 24/7 connecting you with our experienced support team, if the issue cannot be resolved remotely then our engineers are on-hand to visit your site and rectify the problem.
5Do you provide hardware?
ClearTech Communications supply all hardware included in your bespoke package, from routers to computers and IP phones we aim to provide a bespoke solution tailored to your requirements.
6What if I decide to expand my business?
All our solutions are sold with available expansion, we can add licences and hardware to existing installations to deliver the solution that best suits your needs.
7You're replacing my existing service, will this effect my current network?
Clear Tech will ask for your existing IT company’s details prior to installation to see if there is anything specific set up on your IT Network that we need to be aware of. This could be VPN’s, port forwarding etc. Once identified Clear Tech can take consideration of your existing network profile. If you do not have an IT Company already, Clear Tech can support you with this.
